Throughout his career, John has crafted and deployed cost-effective strategies that revolutionize corporate governance and IT management across various sectors.
After a distinguished tenure in the Financial Services industry, where he honed his expertise in managing complex IT and operational frameworks, John Hutto founded The ITE Group, LLC in 2003. His leadership continues to drive innovation and efficiency in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Michael Hutto
President and General Partner
Michael is an expert in the entire telecommunications lifecycle management encompassing both wireline and wireless environments. He has helped dozens of ITE clients streamline their current processes, develop and deploy TEM best practices, and re-engineer telecom business processes.
Michael’s major successes include numerous enterprise RFP development and deployment programs resulting in an average ROI of 350% across all ITE’s clients. He has led both sole source and competitive procurement engagements producing millions of dollars in annual savings.
Dave Conklin
Lead TEM Consultant
Dave Conklin is a highly accomplished Network Communications Technologist and leader with a strong business background. In Dave’s 30+ year corporate career he has structured and led competitive procurements for Telecom Services as well as for Data & Voice Networks. He has successfully led numerous carrier contract negotiations that secured best in class terms and conditions and delivered over 20% average annual cost reductions.
Dave is also an experienced network engineer, having designed and led major WAN/MAN/LAN deployments and technology upgrades. Under his leadership, the Frame Relay WAN of a worldwide Fortune 500 corporation was successfully reengineered, procured and transitioned to MPLS delivering increased reliability and cost reductions over 28%.
